Conditions
- Cancellation/deposit refund policy. Deposit to secure accommodation is due six weeks prior to arrival. Deposit equals one nights tariff or half of multiple nights tariff. Deposit returned minus administration fee if accommodation can be re let.Cancellation must be in writing. No refund if cancelled within seven days of arrival date.Tariffs are non refundable if your visit is cut short.

- Access to on site accommodation is from 2.00pm unless otherwise arranged
- Checkout is normally 10.00am, however late checkout may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availablity (NSW time) A fee will apply
- Arrival after hours 9pm nightly by appointment only
- All queen bed linen in ensuites included. Extra linen can be hired.
- A daily laundry service is not provided
