The Office / Reception area renovations are now finished, complete with Columns and Awning. The approach to the office has been paved with no steps leading from the bitumen.
In an endevour to accommodate the larger Four Wheel drive and modern Caravan the entrance to the park has been widened permitting and a one way traffic system to be introduced .
The fourth Villa "DARWINIA" has been inspected and given a 4 star rating. Located alongside the others overlooking the Lachlan river, completes this phase of improvements. Their popularity increases as they are "the best cabin accommodation on the Newell Highway"
A number of inexpensive meal deals are available in Forbes during the week starting Sunday and culminating here in the park with our popular Thursday night Bbq followed by live entertainment. Local artists offer a varied programme. From poetry recitations, bush music,country, celtic, junoir and a Seniors choir.
Responding to our Survey of Guests, Shower Curtains are provided in the amenities allowing for the dressing area to be more user friendly during the winter months. Speaking of which complementary morning tea, with home made fresh bread is available as usual each weekday morning until Spring.
